Job Title: Snow Removal Shoveller Company: Snow Bros PTBO Location: Peterborough, ON and surrounding areas Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time Weather-Dependent Season: November 15, 2026 – April 15, 2027 Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience About the Position Snow Bros PTBO is hiring reliable and physically capable Snow Removal Shovelers for the 2026–2027 winter season. This is an outdoor, weather-dependent position. Employees must be available during snow events and committed to working throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities - Shovel and clear residential and commercial walkways - Transparent entrances, steps, sidewalks, and other designated areas - Apply salt or sand as required - Work alongside snow removal drivers - Complete assigned properties efficiently and safely - Respond to snow events as required - Maintain professional communication with customers and team members - Follow company safety and service procedures Requirements - Reliable and punctual - Physically capable of shoveling snow for extended periods - Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions - Able to work early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends,



and holidays when required - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Previous snow removal experience is an asset but not required - Reliable transportation to and from work - Full-season commitment from November 15 to April 15 is required Schedule Hours will vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions.

Availability may be required during:

- Early mornings - Overnight snow events - Weekends - Holidays - Short-notice snow events Seasonal Minimum For employees who commit to the full season, a minimum monthly payment arrangement may apply during months when insufficient work hours are available, subject to the terms of the employment agreement.

Shoveller minimum: $750/month Opportunity for Year-Round Work For employees who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and good performance throughout the winter season, there may be opportunities to continue working with Snow Bros PTBO on other projects and services throughout the year.
