Overview:

We are a growing startup based in Calgary, looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator to help shape and execute our brand’s digital presence.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly with our leadership to implement content calendars, manage social channels across platforms, and keep our digital operations running smoothly. We are starting this as a flexible part-time position with a clear path to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate who proves their execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Execution & Publishing: Manage daily content scheduling, publishing, and asset updates across core platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Digital Operations & Tracking: Utilize management tools and platform insights to monitor basic engagement metrics, track performance, and ensure consistent output.
- SEO & Optimization Support: Apply basic keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize digital content visibility and reach.
- Asset & Workflow Management: Organize clean media files, coordinate digital assets,



and handle day-to-day operational support tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience or solid foundational knowledge in managing social media accounts or digital content.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and digital workflows.
- Familiarity with basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite) and data insights (e.g., Google Analytics or platform metrics).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following structured directions while working independently.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (Valid SIN/PR/Work Permit) and available to work on-site in Calgary.
