Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, responding to customers, generating new leads, and promoting our products across various online platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being on the floor, shooting videos, creating social media content, communicating with customers, and finding new ways to increase engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage and maintain our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.

⁠ ⁠Plan, create, and post engaging content including Reels, TikToks, photos, stories, and promotional posts.

⁠ ⁠Shoot and edit short-form videos featuring furniture, new arrivals, promotions, store displays, and products.

⁠ ⁠Develop creative and attention-grabbing content designed to increase reach, engagement, and customer inquiries.

⁠ ⁠Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms in a qualified and timely manner.

⁠ ⁠Generate new customer leads through social media and other online marketing channels.

⁠ ⁠Create and manage product listings and advertisements on Facebook Marketplace.

⁠ ⁠Regularly update Marketplace listings with product photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotional offers.

⁠ ⁠Assist with creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.





⁠ ⁠Monitor the performance of social media posts and advertisements and identify opportunities to improve results.

⁠ ⁠Help increase store traffic, customer inquiries, and sales through digital marketing initiatives.

⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends and apply relevant trends to our content.

⁠ ⁠Work closely with the sales team to promote current products, clearance items, new arrivals, and special offers.

⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and presentation across all digital platforms.

⁠ ⁠Assist with other marketing activities and promotional projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

⁠ ⁠Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Facebook Marketplace.

⁠ ⁠Comfortable shooting videos and creating content using a smartphone.

⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills.

⁠ ⁠Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and take initiative.

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

⁠ ⁠Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an asset.

⁠ ⁠Previous experience in retail, furniture, home décor, or e-commerce is an asset.

Key Focus of the Role The main goal of this position is to grow our online presence, generate more customer inquiries and leads, and turn social media and online marketing into measurable store traffic and sales.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
