Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility in search engine results.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.




- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to boost reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with demonstrated growth in followers and engagement.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Advertising.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives through social channels.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading content before publication.
- Ability to analyze data insights effectively to refine strategies for maximum impact.
