VSG Recruitment is partnering with our Client to hire a Software Engineer, Internal Applications to build and ship software that improves how business teams operate.

This is a hands‑on, full‑stack opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working directly with business users, identifying inefficient or repetitive processes, and turning those problems into practical software solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Build and ship internal applications end-to-end for business and corporate teams

- Develop tools supporting lead sourcing, enrichment, outreach, pipeline management, reporting, and knowledge search

- Build integrations and data pipelines across CRM platforms, internal data systems, third‑party APIs, document repositories, email, calendar, and other business systems

- Develop AI‑powered workflows involving retrieval/search, automated drafting, and structured data extraction

- Partner directly with business users to understand pain points and translate them into software solutions

- Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate toward production‑ready applications

- Own development across backend services, frontend applications, data, integrations, deployment, and ongoing improvements

- Use modern AI development tools and coding agents to accelerate development

What We’re Looking For





- 1–5 years of software engineering experience

- Strong full‑stack development skills across backend, frontend, APIs, and data

- Experience with system integrations, data pipelines, CRMs, or other business systems

- Strong fundamentals in REST/HTTP APIs, SQL, Git, and modern software development practices

- Ability to deploy and operate applications in a cloud environment

- Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and workflows

- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non‑technical stakeholders

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment

Technology

The environment includes TypeScript, React, Go, SQL, cloud infrastructure, CRM and third‑party APIs, and LLM/AI tooling.

Experience with Go is helpful but not required. Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more key.

Nice to Have

- Production experience with Go

- Salesforce data model/API experience

- CRM integration or multi‑system data pipeline experience

- Experience developing internal tools for sales, business development, finance, operations, or M&A; teams

- Experience building production applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, or structured extraction
