A qualified candidate will hold a provincial HVAC certification and have at least five years of experience, ideally in a healthcare setting. This position requires effective problem-solving and commitment to safety measures. Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out inspections and repairs on HVAC units
- Maintain and operate air handling systems
- Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Keep accurate records according to safety regulations
- Collaborate with Facility Operations staff Requirements:
- HVAC certification or degree relevant to position
