Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa (SE Calgary) is looking for a warm, energetic, and sales‑driven Spa Sales & Guest Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you are the welcoming face of our spa — guiding guests through our services, promoting wellness products, and ensuring every client feels cared for from the moment they walk in.

You’ll blend hospitality, sales, and guest experience to help clients feel their best while supporting the spa’s growth. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, wellness‑focused environment and love connecting with people, this role is perfect for you.

Candidates who live in SE Calgary or SW Calgary will be given higher priority due to commute convenience and schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet and check in guests, creating a positive first impression
- Guide clients through massage, facial, and membership options with confidence
- Upsell services, upgrades, and retail products based on guest needs
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Sell memberships, gift cards, retail items, and promotional packages
- Maintain accurate client notes, forms, and files
- Process POS transactions with accuracy (cash, card, gift cards, receipts)
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail shelves clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Stay informed about current promotions, service offerings, and product lines
- Support spa operations during downtime (laundry, cleaning, restocking, organization)
- Communicate clearly with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a positive, professional,



and team‑focused attitude
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or spa/beauty environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse guests
- Ability to upsell services and products through genuine, personalized recommendations
- Basic math skills for POS transactions and inventory handling
- Excellent organization and time‑management abilities
- Experience with POS systems is an asset
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
- Reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest care
