Key Responsibilities:

Opening and Closing the Facility: Conduct thorough opening and closing procedures, ensuring the playground is ready for guests and secure after hours.

POS System Operations: Efficiently use the POS system for customer check-outs and processing payments. Handle bookings for parties and events using the POS system.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar and kitchen, help with play areas, eating areas, changing area, party rooms and restrooms. Perform spot cleaning as needed throughout the day and thorough cleaning at closing.

Party Setup and Cleanup: Prepare for and set up parties or events, ensuring all supplies and decorations are arranged as per requirements. Clean and reset the area post-event.

Food Preparation: Prepare straightforward refreshments such as espresso, coffee, yogurt drinks, sandwiches and salads. Maintain a clean and hygienic food prep area.

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as necessary

Child and Parent Supervision: Monitor activities within the playground to ensure safety.



Enforce playground rules and guidelines for both kids and parents.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns (Senior Employee).

Supervision and Training of Employees: Lead and supervise staff during shifts to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Provide training to new hires and ongoing coaching to existing employees in customer service, safety protocols, and job duties (Senior Employee/Supervisor).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working with children and ensuring a safe play workplace.

Basic computer and POS system proficiency.

Open to receiving first aid training upon joining, which will be provided by the company.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in a playground/community center setting will be considered favorably.
