As a vital member of the crew, you will interpret blueprints, assemble steel frameworks, and ensure the integrity of each project from start to finish. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble steel frameworks.
- Erect steel structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment with precision and safety in mind.
- Collaborate with team members to install concrete forms, drywall, siding, and perform restoration work as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery such as cranes or forklifts to lift and position steel components safely.
- Perform welding tasks and ensure all steel components are securely fastened according to specifications.
- Assist in concrete finishing tasks and support other trades like carpentry or woodworking when required.
- Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools,



disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on steel framing or related trades.
- Solid ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, drywall installation, siding techniques, and restoration processes is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and extended periods on your feet.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety procedures.
- Valid certifications in welding or heavy equipment operation are a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate.
