Stock Associate

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | On-site

Our team is looking for a Stock Associate to help maintain an accurate and well-organized stock operation. You’ll play a practical role in checking deliveries, preparing items, maintaining inventory information, and helping the wider team locate and access what they need.

Rather than focusing only on moving products, this position involves a combination of stock handling, organization, checking, documentation, and team coordination.

What Your Day Might Look Like

- Check deliveries as stock arrives and confirm items against expected quantities
- Put products and materials into their designated locations
- Prepare requested items for different departments or activities
- Review stock levels and bring low-stock items to the team’s attention
- Help investigate differences between physical stock and recorded quantities
- Keep product information, quantities, and locations updated
- Label and organize items so they can be identified easily
- Assist with regular stock reviews and inventory checks
- Process routine stock requests from internal teams
- Maintain clear records of stock movements and adjustments
- Help keep storage and stock areas orderly and accessible
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly recorded items

The Working Environment

This is a hands-on,



in office position where you’ll spend part of your day working directly with stock and part of your day maintaining the information that supports it.

You’ll work alongside other team members and communicate regularly with departments that rely on accurate stock information. Training will be provided on the company’s inventory procedures and systems.

Who Could Be a Good Fit?

You don’t need to have worked under the title Stock Associate before. Experience in retail, inventory, warehouse operations, order preparation, administration, logistics, or general operations can provide relevant experience for this position.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, physically comfortable handling stock as required, and careful when checking quantities and information. You should be able to follow procedures, stay organized throughout the day, and communicate when something doesn’t look right.

Familiarity with inventory software, spreadsheets, barcode systems, or stock control procedures is helpful but not essential.
