Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently, including processing returns and exchanges with professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette
- Organize stock levels, restock shelves,



and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting at all times

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and confidently
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate customers about features and perks
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory, merchandising, and time efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
