About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Store Guide to help customers discover natural movement through barefoot footwear. You'll create excellent customer experiences, share product knowledge, and bring the Vivobarefoot mission to life every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in authentic conversations.
- Help customers find the right footwear for their needs and lifestyle.
- Educate customers on barefoot footwear and natural movement.
- Process sales and support daily store operations.
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness.
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, and store organization.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

- Previous retail experience required.




- Must be a current Vivobarefoot wearer with personal experience using our footwear.
- Strong interest in sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Interest in health, movement, fitness, or the outdoors.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Walk the Talk then Talk your Walk. We're looking for someone who believes in the product, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to help grow the barefoot movement. Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
