Job Overview

Red Swan Pizza is looking for an experienced and reliable Store Manager to oversee daily store operations while working alongside the team during busy periods.

The ideal candidate should have previous Red Swan Pizza experience, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of pizza preparation, food safety, customer service, and day-to-day restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and support team members during their shifts
- Prepare pizzas according to Red Swan standards and ensure consistent food quality
- Assist with food preparation, slicing, restocking, labelling, and packaging as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen and workstation
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
- Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control
- Handle cash, till reconciliation, and daily store reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle customer concerns
- Support the team with cleaning, packaging, order preparation, and front-counter service when required




- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with staff and ownership regarding staffing, inventory, maintenance, or operational concerns
- Help maintain smooth and efficient kitchen and store operations throughout each shift

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working at Red Swan Pizza is preferred.
- Previous management experience in a pizza restaurant is required.
- Applicant must be located in London, Ontario.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Willing to work alongside the team and assist wherever needed
- Solid attention to cleanliness, food quality, and organization
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
