Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and hands-on store manager to lead the daily operations and sales performance of our retail store in TD core shopping center.

This is a hands-on management position. The Store Manager will not only manage the store and team but will also actively work on the sales floor, serve customers, and contribute directly to store sales.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly
- Actively engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and achieve personal sales goals
- Lead and support the team in achieving store sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labour hours based on business needs
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train part-time employees
- Coach and monitor employee performance and sales
- Maintain merchandising standards and product displays
- Manage product replenishment, receiving, and day-to-day inventory organization
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Communicate with mall management, suppliers, and other business partners as required
- Monitor store sales, staffing, and operating performance




- Provide regular updates and reports to the owner
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and store operations

Requirements

- Previous retail and sales experience required
- Previous Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership experience preferred
- Strong sales ability and customer service skills
- Experience managing, training, and scheduling employees
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a hands-on retail environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required
- Strong English communication skills required; Chinese language skills preferred.

Compensation

- Base salary: $50,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Full-time position

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the store, enjoys selling, and is comfortable balancing sales, team leadership, and daily store operations. Pay: $50,000.00 per year
