Pizza Store Supervisor / Shift Leader

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help manage daily operations and support our team. Previous pizza-store or fast-food experience and full-time availability are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Supervise shifts and assign duties to team members.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
- Accurately process walk-in, phone, online, and delivery orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
- Train and support employees during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory, opening and closing duties, cleaning, and food safety.
- Maintain product quality, order accuracy, and efficient service.

Requirements




- Pizza-store or fast-food experience is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience is an asset.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent customer-service, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability is preferred, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
