Create Career College is looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Student Advisor to join our team.

This position is primarily focused on student recruitment, responding to student inquiries, following up with prospective students, and assisting students throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to student inquiries by phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person
- Follow up with prospective students and provide information about our programs, tuition, schedules, and admission requirements
- Assist prospective students with program selection and the enrolment process
- Maintain regular communication with leads and help convert inquiries into enrolments
- Provide qualified and friendly customer service to current and prospective students
- Maintain accurate student and applicant information in the school system
- Assist with student applications, enrolment documents, and general administrative tasks
- Work closely with the admissions and administrative teams

REQUIREMENTS:

- Post-secondary education, including a degree, diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, public relations or other related field;
- Minimum 1 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector;
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient,



organized, and comfortable communicating with students
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective students and following up on inquiries
- Good computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently
- Previous experience in education, admissions, sales, customer service, or student services is an asset
- Fluency in English is required
