Student Experience Coordinator

Part-Time, Remote

Our client, an education company, is seeking a thoughtful, highly organized Student Experience Coordinator to support middle and high school students participating in its virtual programs.

This role will work directly with students between program sessions, providing individualized guidance and feedback, reviewing student work and materials, monitoring progress, and helping students stay engaged and on track toward their goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with young people, is an excellent communicator, and knows how to balance encouragement with accountability. Position Details

- Part-time, remote position
- Approximately 3-5 hours per week initially, with opportunity for additional hours
- Versatile schedule, with much of the work completed asynchronously
- Some after-school or evening availability may occasionally be required
- Training, program resources, and frameworks will be provided

Core Responsibilities

- Review student work and program materials and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Support students in setting goals, identifying next steps, and progressing toward key milestones
- Monitor student progress, engagement, and follow-through, providing accountability and support as needed
- Conduct brief individual or small-group student check-ins, as required
- Maintain accurate progress records and identify students who may require additional support
- Collaborate with facilitators and program team members to ensure a consistent, supportive student experience





What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is warm and encouraging, but also comfortable holding students accountable.

The right person will be able to build strong relationships with young people while helping them take greater ownership of their goals and responsibilities. They should be comfortable reviewing a range of student work and providing constructive feedback that helps students move forward rather than simply telling them what to do.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree completed or currently underway
- Experience working with middle school, high school, and/or post-secondary students
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and build rapport with students
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple students, priorities, and follow-ups
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and a genuine interest in education and youth development
