Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our small team as a Pottery Assistant/Workshop Leader. In this role, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional pottery painting experience for our customers, managing studio operations, and leading engaging workshops. Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their pottery painting experience

- Answer inquiries on the phone, email and social media

- Glaze and kiln pottery pieces

- Assist with studio maintaince, cleaning and inventory

- Host creative workshops with different themes

- Participate in vendor markets when needed

Potential Additional Responsibilities:

- Create social media content

- Plan and market workshops

- Network and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Previous experience in pottery, art, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
