The BIPOC Foundation is seeking a Student Ambassadorship Program Development Volunteer to support the development of a strategic student ambassador program that will strengthen engagement with post-secondary institutions and student communities.

The volunteer will research existing student ambassador programs and best practices and use this information to develop a practical framework for the Foundation's initiative. The project will define ambassador roles, responsibilities, expectations, participation requirements, recruitment approaches, and training and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research existing student ambassador programs and relevant best practices.
- Develop a strategic framework for the Student Ambassadorship Program.
- Define ambassador roles, responsibilities, expectations, and participation requirements.
- Develop recruitment and outreach strategies.




- Develop a training and onboarding framework for student ambassadors.
- Explore opportunities to engage post-secondary institutions and student communities.
- Collaborate with the Foundation team throughout the project.
- Present the final recommendations and strategic plan to Foundation leadership.

Project deliverables include:

- Student Ambassadorship Strategic Plan
- Student ambassador role descriptions and responsibilities
- Recruitment strategy and outreach plan
- Training and onboarding framework
- Recommendations for post-secondary and student-community engagement
- Final presentation to Foundation leadership

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
