Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Subcontractor to join our team, providing essential support across various caregiving and operational tasks. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the well-being of individuals in assisted living, home care, or nursing environments. As a Subcontractor, you will play a vital part in delivering compassionate care, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for those we serve.

Responsibilities

- Assist with patient care activities, including mobility support, hygiene assistance, and daily living tasks
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in client residences or care facilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, disabilities, or senior care needs
- Help with heavy lifting tasks such as transferring patients or moving equipment safely




- Follow care plans meticulously and document observations or changes in condition accurately

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in patient care, caregiving, or senior care roles
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and cleaning responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and families
- Certification in caregiving or relevant health & safety training is a plus but not mandatory
