Kieswetter Mazda is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Parts Shipper/Receiver & Tire Storage Coordinator to join our Parts Department. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
- Verify deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy
- Organize and stock parts in designated storage locations
- Pick, package, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse
- Manage seasonal tire storage inventory, including tracking, organizing, and retrieving customer tires
- Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests
- Operate company vehicles as required for parts movement and deliveries
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record




- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely on a regular basis
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous automotive parts, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or tire storage experience is considered an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
