Job Title: General Labour (Dairy Production)

Available Shift: Days, Afternoons, or Nights (not rotating)

Rate of Pay: $17.60/hour

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary

We are looking to hire General Labourers for our client's Shredding and Grating Department at their Cheese Manufacturing facility in Hamilton. We are looking for candidates with experience in general labour roles, packaging, comfortable lifting up to 50lbs, and completing production duties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Weighing cheese products
- Packaging shredded and grated cheese products
- Boxing products
- Operating machinery
- Lifting boxes
- Follow Goods Manufacturing Practices
- Keeping workspace clean
- Other general labour tasks as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

- Previous general labour experience preferred




- Previous experience in food manufacturing is an asset
- Can comfortably lift 30-50lbs
- CSA Certified Safety Shoes
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in warm and cold temperatures
