Are you passionate about health & wellness? We are looking for an energetic and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and help grow our supplement business.

What You’ll Do

- Drive sales and achieve store targets

- Lead, motivate and coach the front shop team

- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions regarding supplements and vitamins, resolving customer complaints, and helping customers to discover relevant products according to their needs

- Manage inventory, merchandising and product displays

- Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures

- Train staff on products, sales and customer service

- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store

- Sell qualified supplements, vitamins, homeopathic medicines, and herbal remedies

- Use all POS functionality to manage the nutrition centre (sales, marketing, inventory management, cost management etc.)

- Support owners in executing pricing strategy





- Manage marketing programs and initiatives including monthly flyer preparation and implementation of customer appreciation days

- Ensure employees comply with all policies and procedures (e.g. dress code, health and safety, cleaning/housekeeping, etc.), leading by example

What we’re looking for

- Retail management or supervisory experience

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Knowledge of supplements and vitamins; including professional product brands

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care

- Demonstrated passion for health and wellness

- Experience in inventory management

- Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with differing deadlines

- Ability to work flexible shifts which may include evenings and weekends
