Support mothers and their infants at Hope House as a dedicated Support Staff member. This role emphasizes direct care, encouragement, and safety in a nurturing workplace. Mother's Home is looking for Support Staff to provide critical assistance to moms living with their babies. You will ensure their safety, drive them to appointments, and maintain detailed documentation.

Your role will also involve mentoring new mothers to help them cultivate healthy parenting skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safety and care for both mothers and infants
- Provide transportation for appointments and outings
- Document daily activities and individual needs
- Mentor moms to enhance their parenting skills
- Foster a positive and supportive living environment Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Liability insurance of $2 million required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification needed
- Basic Food Safety Certification essential
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care is required Deliver compassionate support to moms and infants with the core aim of fostering healthy relationships at Mother’s Home.
