We’re looking for a Sushi Chef to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi & rolls
- Handle and prepare fresh fish
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Keep the sushi station clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous sushi experience required
- Attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a quick-paced kitchen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
