Drive IT operations for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative as the Technology Support and Infrastructure Manager in a hybrid capacity from Washington, DC or Ottawa. Focus on technology advancement and user education. In this full-time role, you will manage all aspects of technology infrastructure and provide educational support across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Operations, your leadership will ensure a secure and productive IT environment promoting SFI’s sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage design and compliance of IT infrastructure
- Coordinate staff training on optimal technology use
- Collaborate with external helpdesk to support users
- Oversee IT procurement and vendor relationships
- Monitor security threats and maintain data protection Requirements:
- Five years of progressive IT experience, two in management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking
- Experience in privacy and cybersecurity compliance
- Solid customer service and IT management skills Support sustainable initiatives by enhancing IT operations and user experiences at SFI.
