Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with precision
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to relay special requests or dietary needs for take-out orders
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, adhering to health and safety standards
- Answer phone inquiries politely, providing information about menu items and order status while practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Manage order pickups smoothly,



ensuring timely delivery to guests and minimizing wait times
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food service or guest services as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards is a plus
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings can be advantageous but is not required
