You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions while engaging in case management.

Your role directly supports patient recovery with accessible community resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with patients for psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
- Conduct case management and document patient care thoroughly
- Provide information on community resources and educational interventions Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related mental health field
- Current licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
- BLS certification and valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or an internship of 9 months
