Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to meet high standards of cleanliness while overseeing other workers
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety from work vehicles
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful,



and attentive to client requests communicated to owner

Experience

- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple homes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently within a team while maintaining high-quality standards
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, and household organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Reliable car and driver’s license needed
