Position: Detailing Team Lead

Responsibilities:

· Provide direct support to the Operations Manager and assist in leading daily operations when required

· Comfortable with customer/client interaction, service allocation, staff management, quality assurance, moving/driving vehicles, assisting with valet services, and maintaining the location’s health and safety standards

· Coordinate with the sales team as required (i.e., check and process daily bookings, assist with phone sales, understand membership/service pricing, etc.)

· Apply full interior and exterior detailing services on clients’ vehicles (i.e., washing vehicles by hand, extensive vacuuming, cleaning of hard-to-reach places, window cleaning, drying the vehicle, etc.)

· Able to properly use an electric power washer and other cleaning equipment (i.e., pain correction buffing machine, foam cannon, etc.)

· Maintain a clean and respectable workspace and provide support with general maintenance procedures

Requirements & Skills:

· G2 or G license

· High school diploma/GED or equivalent

· Leadership and team management experience

· Passionate about vehicles and auto detailing

· Hard-working, dedicated, and a quick learner

· Friendly and team-oriented

· Growth mindset and coachable

· Strives to improve himself/herself and the organizational process whenever possible

· Takes pride in personal work and is aligned with company values

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Toronto, ON M5R 3L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Car Detailing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- G2/G License (required)
