- Develop materials for executive and governance analysis
- Maintain and refine documentation and communication standards

- Educational background in Human Resources or similar
- Certified as CHRP and CCP qualified
- Minimum of 10 years in compensation, 3 in leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
