RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited has been a proudly Canadian company since ourfounding in Montreal, Quebec since 1926, with over 400 stores across the countryand three fashion brands — Reitmans, RW&CO;, and PENN. Penningtons.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operationsrunning smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customerexperience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands-on approach, youwill help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goalsand ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including compliance with policies andprocedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management,report generation, and scheduling support.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure aclean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customerexperience.




- Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedbackto strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
- Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment,smooth operations, and timely execution of priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities,effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
- Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolvingcustomer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our servicestandards.

Qualifications

- 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail orcustomer-focused environment.
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engagingshopping experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management,merchandising, and inventory flow.
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashiontrends.
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods,



lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use astep ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
- High school diploma required.
