$19.75–$22.00/hour — negotiable based on experience

35–40 hours per week | Permanent, Full-Time

Are you the person everyone counts on when things get busy?

Quiznos Comox is looking for a dependable, energetic Food Service Supervisor who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping a team succeed.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to stand on the sidelines with a clipboard.

We want a hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping in, working alongside the team, solving problems and helping create a restaurant that both employees and customers enjoy coming to.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help keep our restaurant running smoothly by:

- Leading and supporting our team during shifts
- Training and coaching new employees
- Helping coordinate schedules and daily operations
- Maintaining excellent food quality and customer service
- Monitoring inventory, food usage and waste
- Ordering food and restaurant supplies
- Handling customer questions or concerns professionally
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organized and running efficiently
- Helping create a positive, respectful workplace

Previous restaurant or supervisory experience is definitely an asset — but attitude, reliability and leadership potential matter to us too.

REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Food Safe / Safe Food Handling certification
- First Aid certification
- Ability to complete a criminal record check
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
