Job Summary

Duties

- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational goals
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong, capable team
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Train staff on food industry best practices, serving techniques, and hospitality standards
- Support kitchen staff in food preparation, bartending, or barista duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the restaurant environment





Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to interview candidates effectively and contribute to hiring decisions
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant experience
- Competence in managing cash flow accurately during shifts
- Knowledge of micros POS systems or similar technology used in the food industry
- Experience in bartending or barista roles is a plus for versatile team support
- Hotel or bar experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional hospitality services
