Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to meet performance targets and uphold company standards
- Manage daily workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping
- Monitor budget adherence and assist in resource allocation to optimize operational costs
- Coordinate program management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and engagement
- Address team concerns promptly, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment

Qualifications





- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Open availibility on weekends
- Strong administrative skills with experience in managing schedules, reports, labor hours, customer service, and documentation
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in resource planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs or projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor is a must. We verify with previous employers.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
