Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly environment
- Support daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling cash and electronic payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily goals
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages




- Uphold safety standards by following protocols and ensuring a secure environment for all visitors and staff

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
