Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, engaging with guests and supporting daily operations. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help create a memorable experience for every visitor while ensuring smooth service delivery.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve menu items following quality standards and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service counters
- Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed




- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service flow

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards
