Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on development enhancement troubleshooting and maintenance of ATLAS applications.

- Ensure stability availability and performance of business-critical transaction processing systems operating in a high-availability environment.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents service disruptions and application performance issues within defined SLAs.

- Collaborate with business users operations teams architects and engineering teams to identify and implement application and infrastructure improvements.

- Participate in root cause analysis RCA activities and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.

- Support application deployments releases and workplace upgrades across development testing and production environments.

Qualifications

- HP NonStop Platform Administration Support

- Administer and support HP NonStop systems ensuring high availability and operational resilience.

- Utilize TACL FUP SCF OSS SQLMP SQLMX and Enscribe databases for system administration troubleshooting and performance optimization.

- Monitor system health capacity and performance of NonStop environments.

- Support DSMSCM activities including software deployment version control and change management.

- Work with SSHW teams to maintain operating system currency and implement recommended HPE NonStop SPRs and critical patches.





- Participate in infrastructure maintenance system upgrades hardware refreshes and disaster recovery activities.

Required Skills

- Database Storage Management

- Support database creation configuration maintenance and optimization for application and infrastructure requirements.

- Manage SQLMX SQLMP and Enscribe database environments to ensure data integrity availability and performance.

- Assist in implementing database replication and synchronization solutions across NonStop and external environments.

- Support storage planning disk sizing backup strategies data retention recovery testing and restoration activities.

- Coordinate with infrastructure and automation teams for storage housekeeping and saveabend file management.
