Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while upholding quality standards




- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, change calculation, and inventory counts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is preferred to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments
- Capable of upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and drive sales growth

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
