Store Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare bubble tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.




- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service, food service, or bubble tea experience is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and follow training procedures.

Availability Requirements
- Flexibility to work evening shifts between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Ability to work during busy periods, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
