Role: TeamSite / CMS Developer

Employment: Full Time

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 Days/Week

We are seeking a Full Time TeamSite / CMS Developer with solid OpenText/TeamSite and Java expertise to support our current CMS environment while helping shape our next-generation CMS architecture The ideal candidate will own the current OpenText platform while contributing to modernization initiatives, including current-state assessment, target architecture, migration planning, integrations, and future CMS development leadership

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite/CMS
- Strong Java development experience
- CMS development, customization, and integrations
- Experience with API-driven architecture and web technologies
- Ability to support CMS modernization and migration initiatives
- Experience with headless or composable CMS platforms is highly preferred
- JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js experience is a strong advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD
- Experience with CMS migration and integration projects




- Ability to grow into a CMS Technical/Development Lead role

Future-State CMS Experience

Experience with Contentful, Contentstack, Storyblok, or similar composable/headless CMS platforms is highly valuable

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance the existing OpenText TeamSite platform
- Lead CMS technical development and integrations
- Assess current-state CMS capabilities and define modernization opportunities
- Help develop target architecture for a composable/headless CMS
- Support migration from OpenText to the future-state platform
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and business teams
- Provide technical leadership throughout the CMS transformation
- Transition into a development lead role after migration

Priority

OpenText/TeamSite expertise is mandatory. Modern composable/headless CMS experience will be considered a strong differentiator for long-term fit
