Be the first Sales Engineer at Featherless.ai and empower clients in North America with our creative open-model AI platform. Collaborate intimately with the founding Account Executive to deliver technical insights. This position is vital for driving technical excellence within the sales process as you engage directly with developers and decision-makers.
You will be responsible for building POCs, running demos, and providing detailed feedback on our offerings. Your success will streamline the path for future sales engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical authority alongside the AE for opportunities
- Execute technical discovery and needs mapping
- Design and lead customer-focused POCs and benchmarks
- Develop demo environments and maintain technical documents
- Capture and address technical concerns thoroughly Requirements:
- 3-6 years in a technical sales engineering or architecture role
- Proficient in Python and creating demos
- Understanding of LLM inference and cloud environments
- Familiar with containerization and security practices
