Responsibilities

Tasks

- Coordinate telecommunication projects to ensure they meet requirements, budgets and deadlines
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Review projects to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government regulatory
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts and other engineers
- Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications
- Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components,
