As a Temporary General Labourer, you will be an essential part of our operations, helping ensure smooth workflows and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for ongoing tasks
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic equipment such as hand trucks, carts, or forklifts (if certified) to move materials as needed
- Perform routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues requiring attention
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks promptly and effectively





Experience

- Previous experience in general labour or construction support is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance settings is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively to the team’s success
