About the Opportunity - Review and audit lease-related charges, including operating costs, property taxes, and percentage-based rent, ensuring calculations align with contractual terms; - Enter and maintain approved billing and calculation methodologies within the organization’s ERP system; - Maintain tenant billing information and methodologies to ensure accuracy and completeness; - Support the annual budgeting process through the preparation, review, and analysis of estimated tenant charges; - Prepare and issue year-end reconciliation adjustments and invoices; - Maintain schedules using monthly sales information and prepare applicable billing calculations; - Partner with Property Management to investigate and resolve tenant inquiries related to billable and recoverable charges; - Calculate applicable property tax adjustments and prepare related tenant billings; - Complete ad hoc analysis and support various projects and initiatives as required.

About

You - University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; - 5+ years of experience in recovery accounting,



property accounting, or a similar environment; - Robust written and verbal communication skills; - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy; - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; - Experience with Yardi or a similar property management/accounting system is an asset; - Ability to read, interpret, and apply lease terms and contractual requirements.
