Territory Sales Manager (Dental Equipment)

Territory: Eastern Canada ( Ontario-based )

CSG Talent is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for a dental equipment manufacturer to drive growth across Eastern Canada . This position is responsible for expanding revenue with existing dealer partners while also developing recent relationships to generate additional sales opportunities. Following completion of the company's territory management and product training/certification program , you will be field-based, visiting assigned dealer accounts and qualified leads regularly to promote products, share new product information, and gather market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive territory growth by expanding existing dealer relationships and developing new partners/opportunities.
- Execute a structured territory plan (dealer visits, joint calls, events, pipeline follow-up) to achieve quota.
- Identify, qualify,



and close new opportunities through consistent prospecting and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain accurate territory plans, activity plans, and pipeline/forecast visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong partner support and customer satisfaction.
- Support collection of outstanding dealer receivables in coordination with internal stakeholders (as required).
- Complete ongoing product training and demonstrate strong product knowledge and sales process discipline.

Requirements

- Proven track record in field sales in a B2B market.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory
- Preferred Experience selling through dealer/distributor channels
- Experience in dental, medical devices, capital equipment, or other technical B2B sales environments
