The Charlotte Bakery & Café is seeking experienced Baristas to help create a welcoming and elevated café experience. We are scheduled to open end of October 2026.

Position Details

- Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
- Wage: $20–$22/hour

- Weekend availability required as needed

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare coffee and café beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Support daily café operations and guest flow
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

- Previous café & barista experience
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Friendly and professional demeaner
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
