Tire Shop / Customer Service & Delivery Assistant

Location: NE Calgary, AB

Pay: $16–$20/hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable, physically fit, and motivated individual to join our growing tire business. This is a hands-on position involving customer service, computer work, deliveries, and tire shop operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through messages
- Process orders, invoices, payments, and customer information
- Answer questions about tire availability, pricing, and orders
- Deliver tires to local shops, businesses, and customers
- Load, unload, move, and organize tires
- Pick and put away tires from inventory locations
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Assist with general shop operations as required

Physical Requirements — Important This is a physically demanding job. Applicants must be comfortable moving tires throughout most of the workday.

- Able to repeatedly lift, carry, stack, and move tires
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Able to safely use ladders to access and organize tire inventory
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment




- Must be able to perform physical tasks safely and consistently

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Comfortable driving for local deliveries
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and organized
- Previous tire shop, automotive, delivery, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
