Day Shift / M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm, afternoons M-T 3pm - 1:30am, weekends / part time

- Dismantle / service and repair as necessary progressive stamping dies
- Must have extensive knowledge of tool debug
- Repaired to specification by checking dimensions, cutting clearances, forms, etc
- Operates cranes safely to remove and/or relocate dies to specific work stations/equipment
- Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program. Ensures all tools are properly fit for use
- Machining of tooling details / spares, etc
- Perform basic layout inspections of both tooling and manufactured components in press
- Participates in ongoing Continuous Improvement processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Competent in all Tool Room machining to close tolerances




- Able to work with limited guidance and supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to troubleshoot tooling problems and estimate timelines for resolution
- Recognized technical trade certificate – Tool & Die Maker or minimum 5 years of experience
- Must have all tools
- Proficient in reading and working with blueprints

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
