We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Tree Removal and Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a solid desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to tree and stump removal, landscape maintenance, as well as various other landscaping tasks dependent on the project.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks effectively.
- Chipping and splitting wood
- Assisting in clean up for stump removals
- Assisting in pouring the occasional concrete pads
- Assist in the installation of landscaping features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tree and stump removal or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment used in landscaping tasks.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Chainsaw experience is an asset
